电商平台消费者权益保护问题研究
Research on Consumer Rights Protection in E-Commerce Platforms
摘要: 传统消费模式在互联网技术的不断更新迭代过程中发生剧烈变化,衍生出以网上购物为主的电子商务消费方式,电子商务的迅猛势头在为经济提速和促进消费的同时,也为消费者的权益保护产生影响,如消费者在电子商务环境中不仅面临产品质量风险、虚假宣传、隐私泄露、售后维权困难等诸多风险,也不断面临着电子商务平台衍生的新业态经营模式的风险,如商品预售、直播抽奖、小程序购物、“先用后付”等。本文通过重点分析在电子商务领域新业态经营模式中消费者维权的困境,针对问题提出改进方法,助力电子商务健康发展。
Abstract: The traditional consumption model has undergone drastic changes in the continuous update and iteration of internet technology, giving rise to the e-commerce consumption model mainly based on online shopping. The rapid development of e-commerce has provided consumers with convenient shopping methods. However, due to its own characteristics, consumers in the e-commerce environment not only face various risks such as product quality issues, false advertising, privacy leakage, and difficulties in after-sales protection, but also constantly encounter risks associated with new business models derived from e-commerce platforms, such as pre-sale of goods, live-streaming draws, mini-program shopping, and “try before you pay”. This article focuses on analyzing the difficulties in consumer rights protection in the new business models of the e-commerce field, and proposes improvement methods to address the problems, thereby promoting the healthy development of e-commerce.
