红医精神融入医学院校“一站式”学生社区建设路径研究

Research on the Path of Integrating Red Medical Spirit into the “One-Stop” Student Community Construction in Medical Colleges

摘要: 新时代医学教育背景下，红医精神与“一站式”学生社区建设的融合是培育德才兼备医学人才的重要路径。通过构建“空间–制度–技术”三维融入模型，设计实践路径并建立评价体系，探索出“红色基因 + 专业教育 + 社区生活”融合模式。以成都医学院为例，通过打造文化长廊、实施“红医先锋”工程、建立研学基地等举措，全方位促进学生综合素质提升。未来需精准把握契合点，拓展融入渠道与方式，创新育人形式，加强评价体系研究，以完善理论与实践，推动其更好地服务于学生成长和医学教育发展。

Abstract: Under the background of medical education in the new era, the integration of the spirit of red medicine and the construction of “one-stop” student community is an important path to cultivate medical talents with both virtue and ability. By constructing a three-dimensional integration model of “space-institution-technology”, designing a practice path and establishing an evaluation system, the integration model of “red gene + professional education + community life” is explored. Taking Chengdu Medical College as an example, through building a cultural corridor, implementing the “Red Medical Pioneer” project, establishing a research base and other measures, to promote the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way. In the future, it is necessary to accurately grasp the convergence point, expand the channels and ways of integration, innovate the forms of education, and strengthen the evaluation system research, so as to improve the theory and practice, and promote it to better serve the growth of students and the development of medical education.
