金融支持农村电商发展的现状及对策研究——以内蒙古为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Financial Support for Rural E-Commerce Development—Taking Inner Mongolia as an Example

摘要: 在数字经济蓬勃发展的时代背景下，农村电商作为推动农村经济增长、助力乡村振兴的关键力量，正逐渐成为农村经济发展的新引擎。内蒙古地区拥有丰富的特色农产品资源和独特的地域文化优势，农村电商发展潜力巨大。然而，资金短缺一直是制约内蒙古农村电商进一步发展的瓶颈。本文通过分析内蒙古农村电商的发展现状，梳理金融支持农村电商的具体举措，精准找出存在的问题，并针对性地提出切实可行的对策建议，旨在为完善金融支持体系、推动内蒙古农村电商高质量发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: In the context of the thriving digital economy, rural e-commerce, as a key force in driving rural economic growth and supporting poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, is gradually becoming a new engine for rural economic development. The Inner Mongolia region boasts abundant specialty agricultural resources and unique cultural advantages, making it highly potential for rural e-commerce. However, funding shortages have long been a bottleneck hindering further development of rural e-commerce in Inner Mongolia. This paper analyzes the current status of rural e-commerce in Inner Mongolia, outlines specific financial support measures for rural e-commerce, identifies existing issues accurately, and proposes practical and feasible countermeasures. The aim is to provide valuable references for improving the financial support system and promoting high-quality development of rural e-commerce in Inner Mongolia.
