新媒体时代下企业专属活动策划的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Enterprise-Specific Event Planning in the New Media Era
摘要: 在当下竞争激烈的商业环境中,企业活动作为强化员工凝聚力、优化品牌形象的关键手段,其策划质量备受关注。本文依托长春光华学院“定制精彩,创享无限”企业专属活动策划项目,阐述了新媒体时代企业专属活动策划的概念、内涵和特点,分析了当前企业专属活动策划的现状与存在的问题,明确了新媒体时代企业专属活动策划的实践原则,进而提出具体的实践路径,旨在为企业专属活动策划的优化和发展提供参考,推动活动策划行业的规范化与专业化进程。
Abstract: In the current highly competitive business environment, corporate activities, as a key means to enhance employee cohesion and optimize brand image, have drawn significant attention to their planning quality. This article, based on the “Customize Brilliance, Create Limitless Possibilities” enterprise-specific event planning project of Changchun Guanghua College, elaborates on the concept, connotation, and characteristics of enterprise-specific event planning in the new media era, analyzes the current status and existing problems of enterprise-specific event planning, clarifies the practical principles of enterprise-specific event planning in the new media era, and then proposes specific practical paths. The aim is to provide references for the optimization and development of enterprise-specific event planning and to promote the standardization and professionalization of the event planning industry.
