三九贴对哮喘缓解期患儿T淋巴细胞亚群及临床疗效分析

Analysis of T Lymphocyte Subsets and Clinical Efficacy of “Sanjiu Paste” on Children with Asthma in Remission Stage

摘要: 目的：探讨三九贴对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群指标及临床症状的影响。方法：选取淄博市中心医院2021年12月~2023年12月收治的70例临床缓解期哮喘患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组各35例，对照组患儿采取全球哮喘防治倡议(GINA)方案指导治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上增加中医穴位敷贴治疗。比较治疗前后两组患儿的血浆T淋巴细胞亚群绝对值、临床疗效及使用安全性。结果：观察组儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)评分高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组(P > 0.05)；观察组患儿CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞及NK细胞绝对值较治疗前降低，观察组CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组升高，且较对照组明显(P < 0.05)；两组安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：联合三九贴辅助治疗支气管哮喘患儿可有效改善其免疫功能，一定程度缓解临床症状，安全性较高。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Sanjiu paste on the indexes and clinical symptoms of T lymphocyte subsets in children with asthma. Methods: A total of 70 children with asthma in clinical remission admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated under the guidance of the Global Initiative for the Prevention and Treatment of Asthma (GINA) program, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the treatment program of the control group. The absolute value, efficacy and safety of plasma T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The score of the Childhood Asthma Control Test (C-ACT) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P > 0.05). The absolute values of CD4+T, CD8+T lymphocytes and NK cells in the observation group were lower than those before treatment, and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Sanjiu paste as an adjunctive treatment for children with bronchial asthma can effectively improve their immune function, significantly reduce the occurrence of airway hyperresponsiveness, improve the effective rate of treatment, and have high safety.
