“新工科”视域下智能制造教学质量动态评价体系探索
Exploration of a Dynamic Evaluation System for Teaching Quality in Intelligent Manufacturing from the Perspective of “New Engineering”
摘要: 在新一轮科技革命与制造业发展联合驱动下,智能制造人才培养质量是制造业升级核心。传统教学评价体系因缺乏动态性与产业适配性,难以满足“新工科”需求。本文基于工程教育认证标准与产业岗位需求,构建“供给侧–实施侧–需求侧”三维联动的动态评价体系,含七大模块化机制。该体系通过“数据驱动–闭环反馈–持续改进”逻辑,实现从单一结果评价向全链条质量管控升级。实践表明,该评价体系能精准诊断和评估教学与技术前沿脱节问题,在新工科教育与产业深度耦合方面展现出重要的应用价值。
Abstract: Driven by the new round of technological revolution and the manufacturing industry, the quality of talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing has been the core of manufacturing industry upgrading. The traditional teaching evaluation system, deficient in dynamism and industrial adaptability, fails to meet the educational demands of “new engineering” education. This paper constructs a tridimensional dynamic evaluation system integrating the “supply side - implementation side - demand side” based on engineering education accreditation standards and industrial job requirements. The system encompasses seven modular mechanisms. Operating on the logic of “data-driven closed-loop feedback and continuous improvement”, it upgrades from single result-oriented evaluation to full-chain quality control. Practice shows that the evaluation system can accurately diagnose and evaluate the disconnection between teaching and technology frontier, and shows important application value in the deep coupling of new engineering education and industry.
