海东市人居环境舒适度评价方法
Evaluation Method of Human Settlement Comfort in Haidong City
摘要: 利用海东市6个国家基本气象站1991~2020年的年、月历史气象资料,按照国家标准《人居环境气候舒适度评价》的评估方法,对海东市人居环境舒适度进行分析。结果表明:年度评价为1级,感觉很冷不舒服。海东市中乐都、民和、循化在6~8月气候舒适度感觉为舒适,平安在7、8月气候舒适度感觉为舒适,而化隆、互助没有气候舒适度感觉为舒适的月份,随着海拔升高气候舒适度感觉为舒适月份逐渐减少。1991~2020年各县区的I指数呈现出上升趋势,上升趋势最大的是民和,上升趋势最小的是化隆。海拔2200 m以上的高原夏季用风效指数评价较合理,用风效指数评价化隆8月,互助7~8月气候舒适度感觉为舒适。
Abstract: Utilizing annual and monthly historical meteorological data from six national basic weather stations in Haidong City from 1991 to 2020, and following the assessment methodology outlined in the national standard “Evaluation of Climate Comfort for Homo Sapiens Habitats”, this study analyzes the comfort level of living environments in Haidong City. The results indicate that the annual evaluation is rated as Level 1, characterized by a perception of extreme cold and discomfort. Among the regions studied, Ledu, Minhe, and Xunhua in Haidong City exhibit comfortable climate conditions from June to August, while Ping’an experiences comfort in July and August. In contrast, Hualong and Huzhu counties do not have any months with perceived climate comfort. As altitude increases, the number of months with comfortable climate conditions gradually decreases. From 1991 to 2020, the comfort index (I-index) across all counties and districts showed an upward trend, with the most significant increase observed in Minhe and the smallest in Hualong. For high-altitude areas above 2200 meters, the wind chill index proves more suitable for summer climate evaluation. Based on the wind chill index, August in Hualong and July to August in Huzhu were assessed as having comfortable climate conditions.
