补阴丸泡洗在手部肌腱断裂术后康复中的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Buyin Pill Soaking in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Hand Tendon Rupture

摘要: 目的：探讨补阴丸泡洗在手部肌腱断裂术后康复锻炼中的临床疗效。方法：选取济宁医学院附属医院收治的39例手部屈肌腱断裂术后患者，采用完全随机法分为对照组(19例)和试验组(20例)。对照组给予常规康复指导及功能锻炼，试验组在此基础上加用补阴丸泡洗治疗，疗程4周。采用手部关节功能恢复评价标准及高频超声评估治疗效果，并对两组疗效差异进行统计学分析。结果：两组患者基线临床资料差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。经治疗后，试验组手部关节功能优良率为90%，显著高于对照组的57.9% (P < 0.05)。结论：补阴丸泡洗有助于促进手部肌腱断裂术后功能恢复，丰富了术后康复治疗手段，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Buyin Pill soaking therapy in the rehabilitation of patients following hand flexor tendon repair surgery. Methods: A total of 39 patients with postoperative flexor tendon rupture of the hand, admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University, were randomly assigned to either the control group (n = 19) or the treatment group (n = 20). The control group received routine rehabilitation guidance and functional exercises, while the treatment group received additional Buyin Pill soaking therapy for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by using the hand joint function recovery evaluation criteria and high-frequency ultrasound, and the differences in therapeutic effects between the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in baseline clinical characteristics between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the excellent and good recovery rate of hand joint function in the treatment group reached 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (57.9%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Buyin Pill soaking therapy can effectively promote functional recovery of the hand following flexor tendon repair surgery and enriches postoperative rehabilitation strategies. It holds considerable clinical application value.
