文物IP的数字化授权与电商平台跨界合作模式研究
Research on the Digital Licensing of Cultural Relic IP and Cross-Border Cooperation Model with E-Commerce Platforms
摘要: 在数字化战略与电商经济双重驱动下,文物IP成为文化传承与商业转化的关键载体,但当前面临授权流程混乱、消费者文化认同薄弱、跨界合作模式单一等困境。本文以“技术赋能 + 生态协同”为核心视角,围绕三大核心问题展开研究:一是如何构建标准化的文物IP授权流程,解决当前授权混乱、权责不清的问题;二是如何通过数字化技术提升消费者对文物IP的文化认同,实现从文化认知到消费转化的闭环;三是如何依托技术创新构建多元化的跨界合作模式,拓展文物IP的应用场景。研究结合故宫文创、敦煌“数字供养人”等典型案例,剖析博物馆、电商、技术平台的协同机制,旨在为博物馆、电商平台和相关企业提供可操作的合作模式参考,推动文化资源向文化生产力的转化,最终实现文化传承与经济发展的双赢局面。
Abstract: Driven by the dual impetus of digital strategies and the e-commerce economy, cultural relic IP has become a key carrier for cultural inheritance and commercial transformation. However, it currently faces predicaments such as chaotic licensing processes, weak cultural identity among consumers, and simplistic cross-border cooperation models. From the core perspective of “technology empowerment + ecological collaboration”, this study focuses on three core issues: first, how to construct a standardized cultural relic IP licensing process to resolve the existing chaos in licensing and ambiguity in rights and responsibilities; second, how to enhance consumers’ cultural identity with cultural relic IP through digital technologies and achieve a closed loop from cultural cognition to consumption conversion; third, how to build diversified cross-border cooperation models relying on technological innovation to expand the application scenarios of cultural relic IP. Combining typical cases like the Palace Museum’s cultural and creative products and Dunhuang’s “Digital Patron” program, the study analyzes the collaborative mechanism among museums, e-commerce platforms, and technology platforms. It aims to provide actionable cooperation model references for museums, e-commerce platforms, and related enterprises, promote the transformation of cultural resources into cultural productivity, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for cultural inheritance and economic development.
