舌神经鞘瘤一例

Tongue Schwannoma: A Case Report

摘要: 神经鞘瘤大多发生于头颈部，但发生于舌的神经鞘瘤较为少见。患者女，61岁，因舌根肿物来院就诊，行MRI检查发现舌根部异常信号，T₁WI稍低信号、T₂WI不均匀稍高信号，DWI无弥散受限表现。行外科手术切除。免疫组化结果显示S100 (+)、CD34 (血管+)、Desmin (−)、SAM (−)、Ki67 (+，约5%)。术后病理证实本例为舌神经鞘瘤。

Abstract: Most of the schwannomas occur in the head and neck region, but those occurring in the tongue are rare. The patient was a 61-year-old woman who presented to the hospital with a swelling at the base of the tongue. MRI examination revealed an abnormal signal at the base of the tongue, with a slightly low signal in T1WI, an uneven slightly high signal in T2WI, and no diffusion-restricted presentation in DWI. Surgical resection was performed. Immunohistochemical results showed S100 (+), CD34 (vascular +), Desmin (−), SAM (−), Ki67 (+, about 5%). Postoperative pathology confirmed this case as a schwannoma of the lingual nerve.
