摘要: “土得木而达”出自《黄帝内经》体现了肝脾之间的关系。本文从土得木而达的角度对湿疹进行简要分析，并探讨“土得木而达”理论在湿疹脾虚湿蕴证内治中的应用，旨在为疏肝理脾除湿治疗脾虚湿蕴型湿疹提供理论依据，为湿疹中医治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: “The earth can be dredged with the help of wood” is from Huangdi Neijing and reflects the relationship between the liver and the spleen. This article briefly analyzes eczema from the perspective of “the earth can be dredged with the help of wood”, and explores the application of the theory of “the earth can be dredged with the help of wood” in the internal treatment of the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation in eczema.
