区域创新生态系统视角下产业高质量发展路径研究——以浙江省海宁市为例

Research on the Pathways to High-Quality Industrial Development from the Perspective of Regional Innovation Ecosystems—A Case Study of Haining, Zhejiang Province

摘要: 在高质量发展成为新时代区域经济核心目标的背景下，推动产业从要素驱动向创新驱动的转型升级，已成为亟待破解的理论与实践课题。本文立足区域创新生态系统视角，构建“创新主体–创新资源–创新环境”三位一体的协同驱动分析框架，系统探讨产业高质量发展的内在逻辑。以浙江省海宁市为例，分析其在培育创新主体、促进成果转化、完善创新服务体系等方面的典型做法与运行成效，并提出了创新生态系统视角下区域产业高质量发展路径。本文为推动产业高质量发展提供了重要的理论参考。

Abstract: As high-quality development becomes the core objective of the regional economy in the new era, the industrial transition from factor-driven to innovation-driven growth has emerged as an imperative theoretical and practical challenge. Adopting a regional innovation ecosystem perspective, this paper constructs a tripartite synergistic analytical framework comprising “innovation actors, innovation resources, and the innovation environment” to systematically explore the underlying logic of high-quality industrial development. This study examines the case of Haining City, Zhejiang Province, to analyze its exemplary practices and operational effectiveness in nurturing innovation actors, facilitating the commercialization of achievements, and optimizing the innovation service system. Furthermore, it proposes pathways for regional industrial high-quality development from the perspective of an innovation ecosystem. This paper provides valuable theoretical insights for advancing high-quality industrial development.
