基于“融合、多维、育人为本”理念的交通类专业课程思政育人模式构建研究

摘要: 本文基于“融合、多维、育人为本”理念,对交通类专业课程思政育人模式展开创新构建与实践。在融合层面,将第一、第二、第三课堂联动,把思政元素与专业教育巧妙结合,打造“三合一”育人体系,实现思政与专业水乳交融。从多维视角出发,于历史、现实、技术维度深挖思政元素,激发学生对传统文化热爱,培养其服务国家战略使命感与创新进取精神。始终秉持育人为本,让课程思政贯穿教学全过程。经过实践,学生对专业热情与信心显著提升,对价值观进行了塑造,取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: Based on the philosophy of “integration, multi-dimensionality, and student-centeredness”, this paper explores the innovative construction and practice of an ideological and political education model for transportation-related professional courses. At the level of integration, it links the first, second, and third classrooms, skillfully integrates ideological and political elements with professional education, and builds a “Three-in-One” education system to achieve the organic unity of ideological and political education and professional learning. From a multi-dimensional perspective, it excavates ideological and political elements in the dimensions of history, reality, and technology, stimulating students’ love for traditional culture, and cultivating their sense of mission to serve national strategies and spirit of innovation and progress. Adhering to the student-centered principle, ideological and political education is integrated throughout the entire teaching process. Practice has shown that students’ enthusiasm and confidence in their majors have been significantly enhanced, their values have been shaped, and remarkable results have been achieved.
