中国学界企业话语研究:综述与展望

摘要: 企业话语作为彰显企业文化与运营理念的重要载体,已逐渐成为话语分析的重要研究对象,受到学界广泛关注。本文系统梳理国内学者企业话语研究成果,发现当前研究呈现出研究视角多样化、研究主题丰富化、研究方法复合化等特征。然而,仍存在非言语符号挖掘不足、受众研究缺乏、研究对象同质化、视域单一及缺乏历时性研究等问题。据此,本文提出未来研究应加强对动态影像话语的批评性探究,深化企业话语策略的受众研究,关注中小型与初创企业话语实践,构建多极化的跨文化比较框架,并追踪企业话语的历时演化规律。
Abstract: As a vital medium for conveying corporate culture and operating philosophy, corporate discourse has increasingly become a significant focus within discourse analysis and has attracted extensive scholarly attention. This paper systematically reviews research on corporate discourse conducted by Chinese scholars and reveals that current studies are characterized by a diversification of perspectives, an expansion of topics, and a compounding of methods. However, several limitations remain, including insufficient exploration of non-verbal semiotic resources, a lack of audience-focused research, homogeneity in research subjects, a relatively narrow analytical scope, and limited diachronic studies. Accordingly, this paper proposes that future research should strengthen critical inquiry into dynamic and visual forms of discourse, deepen audience-oriented investigations of corporate discursive strategies, broaden attention to the discursive practices of small and start-up enterprises, establish a multipolar framework for cross-cultural comparison, and trace the diachronic evolution of corporate discourse.
