“减量・提质・育德”:“双减”背景下初中思政课作业的精准设计与实证检验
“Reducing Quantity, Improving Quality, Cultivating Virtue”: Precise Design and Empirical Testing of Junior High School Ideological and Political Homework under the Background of “Double Reduction”
摘要: “双减”政策为基础教育作业设计划定了“减量、提质、增效”的核心方向,也为初中思想政治课(以下简称“思政课”)作业改革指明了路径。本文以“双减”政策为核心指引,整合核心素养理论、建构主义学习理论与布鲁姆教育目标分类学的核心观点,聚焦初中思政课作业精准设计这一核心议题,明确其价值导向与实施原则,结合锦州乡土资源构建实践案例,并通过准实验研究验证设计框架的实际效果。研究过程中优化论文结构,补充规范实证数据与统计分析,强化理论与实践的内在关联,为破解“减负与备考”的现实矛盾、提升初中思政课作业育人质量,提供兼具理论深度与实践价值的参考思路。
Abstract: The “Double Reduction” policy has established the core principles of “reducing quantity, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency” for homework design in basic education, while also charting a clear path for reforming homework in junior high school ideological and political education (hereafter “ideological and political education”). Centered on this policy framework, this study integrates key concepts from core competency theory, constructivist learning theory, and Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. It focuses on the precise design of homework for junior high school ideological and political education, clarifying its value orientation and implementation principles. By leveraging Jinzhou’s local resources, the study develops practical case studies and validates the design framework’s effectiveness through quasi-experimental research. Throughout the research process, the paper structure was optimized, empirical data and statistical analyses were supplemented, and the intrinsic connection between theory and practice was strengthened. These efforts aim to address the practical contradiction between “reducing academic burden and exam preparation,” while enhancing the educational quality of homework in junior high school ideological and political education, providing a reference framework that combines theoretical depth with practical value.
