文化产业赋能乡村振兴背景下的财务管理问题探析

摘要: 在文化产业赋能乡村振兴的背景下，探讨财务管理在推动乡村经济发展与文化创新中的关键作用意义重大。本文通过利益相关者理论剖析了乡村居民、文化企业、地方政府和文化创业者等四类主体的角色与诉求，从而了解了财务管理在利益分配公平性、资源配置效率和风险防控中的重要性。资料显示，当前乡村文化产业的财务管理现状面临管理水平低、管理制度不完善等挑战。针对这些问题，本文探究了一系列改进措施，包括加强管理者对财务管理的正确认识、建立健全的财务管理制度，以及加强财务人员的专业培训等优化对策。结论是，优化乡村文化产业财务管理不仅是实现乡村振兴的必要条件，也是提升地方传统文化影响力的关键所在。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of cultural industries empowering rural revitalization, exploring the pivotal role of financial management in advancing rural economic development and cultural innovation is of great significance. Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the roles and demands of four key subjects—rural residents, cultural enterprises, local governments, and cultural entrepreneurs—thereby clarifying the importance of financial management in ensuring the fairness of interest distribution, improving the efficiency of resource allocation, and strengthening risk prevention and control. Data shows that the current financial management of rural cultural industries faces challenges such as low management level and imperfect management systems. In response to these issues, this paper explores a series of improvement measures, including enhancing managers’ correct understanding of financial management, establishing sound financial management systems, and strengthening the professional training of financial personnel. The conclusion is that optimizing the financial management of rural cultural industries is not only a necessary condition for realizing rural revitalization but also a key to enhancing the influence of local traditional culture.
