工业园区节水治理模式下管理机制的研究与利益相关者分析——来自江苏省工业园区的调研报告

Research on Management Mechanisms and Stakeholder Analysis in Water Conservation Governance Models for Industrial Parks—A Survey Report from Industrial Parks in Jiangsu Province

摘要: 工业园区作为工业企业与活动的聚集区，是我国最有潜力和活力的经济增长区域，在国民经济发展中提供了卓越贡献。本研究以江苏省工业园区为调研对象，探讨了工业园区治理模式下的管理机制及利益相关者情况。通过文献综述和实地调研，发现不同工业园区在管理机制设计和利益相关者参与方面存在差异。研究发现，有效的管理机制需要充分考虑各利益相关者的利益诉求，并建立起多方合作与协调机制。最后，提出了改进管理机制的建议，以促进工业园区可持续发展和利益多元化。

Abstract: As clusters of industrial enterprises and activities, industrial parks are the regions with the greatest potential and vitality for economic growth in China and make outstanding contributions to the development of the national economy. This study focuses on industrial parks in Jiangsu Province, exploring the management mechanisms and stakeholder situations under the governance model of industrial parks. Through literature review and field research, it was found that different industrial parks exhibit differences in management mechanism design and stakeholder participation. The study reveals that an effective management mechanism needs to fully consider the interests and demands of all stakeholders and establish multi-party cooperation and coordination mechanisms. Finally, suggestions for improving management mechanisms are proposed to promote sustainable development and diversified benefits of industrial parks.
