工业富联实施员工持股计划对企业创新的影响探析

Analysis on the Influence of the Implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plan on Enterprise Innovation in Foxconn Industrial Internet

摘要: 近年来，随着国家创新驱动战略的深入推进和相关政策法规的持续完善，员工持股计划已成为企业激励创新活力、提升核心竞争力的重要举措。基于此，本文选取消费电子企业工业富联作为案例研究对象，运用DEA模型分析其实施员工持股计划对企业创新的影响。研究发现：工业富联实施员工持股计划显著优化了研发资源配置结构，促使创新活动向高价值环节聚焦；该计划在短期内显著提升了企业创新效率，并在行业下行期展现了稳定作用，但长期也面临着由规模扩张引发的规模不经济以及外部环境变化的双重挑战。

Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy and the continuous improvement of relevant policies and regulations, employee stock ownership plans have become a crucial measure for enterprises to stimulate innovation vitality and enhance core competitiveness. Based on this, this paper selects industrial Internet company Foxconn Industrial Internet as a case study and uses the DEA model to analyze the impact of implementing an employee stock ownership plan on the company’s innovation. The findings reveal that Foxconn Industrial Internet’ implementation of the plan significantly optimizes R&D resource allocation, directing innovation efforts toward high-value segments. While the plan notably boosts corporate innovation efficiency in the short term and demonstrates stabilizing effects during industry downturns, it also faces long-term challenges stemming from scale diseconomies due to expansion and shifts in external conditions.
