数字媒体技术人才培养模式改革与实践
Reform and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode in Digital Media Technology
摘要: 本文以浙江传媒学院为例,阐述了数字媒体技术人才培养模式的改革与实践。本文分析了原有培养模式存在学科交叉融合不足、产教研融合不实、创意创新创业素养不足等问题,提出并实践了“技艺文融通、产教研融合、学赛创融汇”的人才培养新模式。该模式突出技术与艺术融合的育人理念,建立了跨学科课程体系,搭建了校企协同实训平台,通过学科竞赛培养学生的创新创业能力,有效提升了学生的综合素养与实践能力。改革实践表明,该模式显著增强了毕业生就业竞争力,培养了大批符合数字创意产业需求的复合型创新人才,形成了可在其他学校推广的示范性育人成果。
Abstract: Taking Communication University of Zhejiang as an example, this paper expounds on the reform and practice of talent cultivation mode in digital media technology. After analyzing the problems existing in the former mode, such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration, superficial industry-education-research integration, and a lack of creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial literacy, a new talent cultivation path of “integration of skills, art, and culture; fusion of industry, education, and research; and convergence of learning, competition, and innovation” is proposed and implemented. This mode emphasizes the educational philosophy of integrating technology and art, establishes an interdisciplinary curriculum system, set up a collaborative industry-education training platform, and through academic competitions, cultivates students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, effectively enhancing their comprehensive qualities and practical skills. Reform practices show that this mode has significantly improved the employment competitiveness of graduates, cultivated a large number of composite innovative talents meeting the needs of the digital creative industry, and formed exemplary educational outcomes that can be promoted in other school.
