破解“千人一面”:人工智能赋能高校个性化教育的实践路径与制度调适
Breaking the “One Size Fits All”: Practical Paths and Institutional Adjustments for Empowering Personalized Education in Higher Education through Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 在信息爆炸和快速变化的时代,学生性格更加复杂,需要更为灵活和个性化的教育方式来支持他们成长。人工智能作为新兴技术,具有极大的潜力为高校教育提供个性化支持。本文围绕人工智能赋能高校个性化教育展开探讨,提出具体路径和应对现有教育体制的制度调适方案。首先,分析了高校现有教育模式中的困境及成因,进而阐述人工智能在数据分析、智能辅导、学习路径等方面的应用。其次,结合高校教育体制的现状,探讨了适应人工智能赋能个性化教育的制度调适建议,包括多主体间逻辑协同、资源优化整合等方面的改革。最后,探讨了人工智能赋能个性化教育中伦理、公平、资源等,为推动高校教育模式的转型提供理论支持和实践参考。
Abstract: In an era of information explosion and rapid change, students’ personalities are more complex, requiring more flexible and personalized educational methods to support their growth. Artificial intelligence, as an emerging technology, has great potential to provide personalized support for higher education. This paper discusses the empowerment of personalized education in higher education through artificial intelligence, proposing specific paths and institutional adjustment plans to address the existing education system. First, it analyzes the dilemmas and causes of the current educational model in higher education, and further elaborates on the applications of artificial intelligence in data analysis, intelligent tutoring, and learning pathways. Second, in conjunction with the current state of higher education systems, it explores institutional adjustment recommendations suitable for AI-enabled personalized education, including reforms in logical coordination among multiple stakeholders and resource optimization and integration. Finally, it discusses ethics, fairness, and resources in AI-enabled personalized education, providing theoretical support and practical references for promoting the transformation of higher education models.
