基于“校企合作、虚实结合”的生物医药类实验教学体系探索
Exploration of a Biopharmaceutical Experimental Teaching System Based on “Industry-Academia Collaboration and Virtual-Real Integration”
摘要: 在生物医药产业快速发展与数智化技术深度融合的背景下,传统实验教学体系已难以满足高素质应用型人才培养需求。针对生物医药类专业实验教学中存在的教学内容滞后、资源约束、模式封闭等共性问题,提出“校企合作 + 虚实结合”的实验教学体系构建方案。该体系以区域产业需求为导向,围绕“一个目标、双元驱动、三层架构、四项机制”的总体框架,从知识图谱课程重构、校企资源平台共建、开放式教学模式创新、数智化管理评价四个维度开展实践,并深入探讨体系实施的关键因素、挑战及未来方向,为生物医药类专业实验教学改革提供可借鉴的路径。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry and its deep integration with digital-intelligent technologies, the traditional experimental teaching system struggles to meet the demands of cultivating high-quality applied talents. Addressing common issues in experimental teaching for biopharmaceutical disciplines—such as outdated content, resource constraints, and closed-off pedagogical models—this study proposes an experimental teaching system built on “industry-academia collaboration and virtual-real integration”. Guided by regional industrial needs, the system follows an overall framework of “one objective, dual drivers, three-tier structure, and four mechanisms”. Practical implementations are carried out across four dimensions: reconstruction of courses based on knowledge mapping, co-construction of industry-academia resource platforms, innovation of open teaching models, and digital-intelligent management and evaluation. Key factors for implementation, challenges, and future directions are further explored, providing a referential pathway for the reform of experimental teaching in biopharmaceutical-related disciplines.
