跨境电商网络营销的困境与数字化转型路径研究

摘要: 随着全球数字经济的深入发展与互联网技术的不断革新,跨境电商已成为国际贸易的新业态和重要增长引擎。本文旨在探讨通过数字化转型,跨境电商企业如何构建与实施有效的网络营销策略。通过分析跨境电商所处的市场环境及发展现状,系统梳理当前网络营销的特点和困境,本文提出跨境电商平台的数字化转型路径。包括以客户为中心的服务数字化、基于大数据的精准营销与智能决策、面向差异化的产品与供应链创新,以及多方协同的跨境支付与数字信任建设。多措并举提升网络营销活动的精准度与效率,增强消费者体验,从而建立持久的竞争优势,实现可持续的全球化增长。
Abstract: With the deepening development of the global digital economy and continuous innovation in internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a new business model and a key growth engine in international trade. This paper explores how cross-border e-commerce enterprises can build and implement effective online marketing strategies through digital transformation. By analyzing the market environment and current development status of cross-border e-commerce, and systematically reviewing the existing models and characteristics of online marketing, this paper proposes a digital transformation pathway for cross-border e-commerce platforms. This includes customer-centric service digitization, big data-driven precision marketing and intelligent decision-making, differentiated product and supply chain innovation, and cross-border payment solutions coupled with digital trust building based on multi-party collaboration. Implementing these measures simultaneously significantly enhances the precision and efficiency of online marketing activities, elevates consumer experiences, and ultimately establishes enduring competitive advantages to achieve sustainable global growth.
