摘要: 1,1',2,3-四氯丙烯(HCC-1230xa)是除草剂野麦畏和新一代环保型制冷剂2,3,3',3''-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)的重要中间体,本文围绕1,1',2,3-四氯丙烯的合成工艺情况进行分析,并针对现有工艺技术的优缺点以及结合目前国内的技术现状,有必要探寻一个具有发展前景和清洁绿色合成高产率和高纯度1,1',2,3-四氯丙烯的新路径。
Abstract: 1,1',2,3-Tetrachloropropene (HCC-1230xa) is an important intermediate for Herbicide triallate and new generation of environmentally friendly refrigerant 2,3,3',3''-tetrafluoropropene (HFO- 1234yf). Synthetic routes of 1,1',2,3-tetrachloropropene were comparatively investigated in detail. Based upon advantages and disadvantages of different process engineering, it is quite necessary to explore a clean and environmentally friendly technology to synthesize 1,1',2,3-tetrachloropro- pene with high yield and purity.
