高校武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Talents Training Model of Wushu and Traditional National Sports in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 本文围绕高校武术与民族传统体育专业“为什么要改变现有的人才培养模式”和“系统构建什么样的人才培养模式”为主要思路，根据当今社会对武术与民族传统体育专业人才的实际需求和要求，系统分析和研究武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养模式存在的问题，并就如何构建符合新时代的人才培养模式提出创新思考。

Abstract: Focusing on the main train of thought of “why we should change the existing talent training mode” and “what kind of talent training mode we should systematically construct”, this paper systemati-cally analyzes and studies Wushu and National Biography in accordance with the actual needs and requirements of Wushu and national traditional sports’ professionals in today’s society. The problems existing in the talent training mode of sports specialty are discussed, and innovative thinking is put forward on how to construct the talent training mode in line with the new era.
