摘要: 在大力开展非洲石油天然气市场开发工作的背景下，针对完全不同的自然环境和社会习俗，笔者分类分析了市场开发人员面临的各项HSSE (health safe security environment)风险，主要包括健康风险、安全风险、环境风险，并结合非洲的实际情况提出了企业可以借鉴的风险控制措施。
Abstract: In the context of vigorous development of African oil and gas market, market developer faces with completely different natural environment and social customs. The author classifies and analyzes the various HSSE (Health Safe Security Environment) risks including health risks, security risks, and environmental risks. Based on the actual situation in Africa, the author proposes risk control measures that can be used by enterprises.
