摘要: 随着社会的快速发展，智慧城市建设理念已经成为当今时代发展的主流。基于数字化快速发展的背景，本文聚焦于城市公共安全问题，就社区应急管理展开探究。社区作为城市的基本组成单元，应急管理工作尤为重要。推进智慧社区应急管理体系建设有利于提高应急管理工作效率，更好地防控突发公共危机，为城市安全发展提供强大的技术保障。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society, the concept of intelligence city construction has become the mainstream of the development of the times. Based on the background of rapid digital development, this article focuses on urban public safety issues and explores community emergency management. The community as a basic unit of city, community emergency management work is particularly im-portant. Promoting the construction of a intelligence community emergency management system is conducive to improving the efficiency of emergency management work, better preventing and con-trolling sudden public crises, and providing a strong technical guarantee for the development of city security.
