跨文化交际视角下中西饮食文化对比研究

A Comparative Study of Chinese and Western Food Cultures from the Perspective of Intercultural Communication

摘要: “民以食为天”，饮食文化作为文化的重要组成部分，是中西文化最有代表性的文化现象，也是最能体现中西文化差异的文化现象之一。中西文化之间的差异造就了中西饮食文化的差异。本文在跨文化交际视角下通过介绍中西饮食文化特点，从而探索中西饮食文化的差异，进而探索中西方种种文化之间的差异。

Abstract: “Food is the heaven for the people”. As an important part of culture, food culture is the most representative cultural phenomenon of Chinese and Western cultures, and it is also one of the cultural phenomena that best reflects the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. The differences between Chinese and Western cultures have created differences between Chinese and Western food cultures. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, this paper introduces the characteristics of Chinese and Western food cultures, so as to explore the differences between Chinese and Western food cultures, and then explores the differences between Chinese and Western cultures.
