不同浓度石灰水溶液对槟榔种子根芽的影响
Effects of Different Concentrations of Lime Solution on the Root Buds of Betel Nut Seeds

【目的】研究不同浓度石灰水溶液对槟榔种子根芽的影响,提高槟榔种子发芽率,为槟榔种子发芽期健康生长提供科学理论依据。【方法】试验设计4个不同处理,处理①:20%石灰水溶液;处理②:15%石灰水溶液;处理③:10%石灰水溶液;处理④:清水。浸种14 h,分析不同处理对槟榔种子根芽伸长、发芽率和发芽势的影响。【结果】1) 适宜浓度石灰水溶液能提高槟榔种子的根芽伸长速度、发芽率,增强发芽势。2) 浓度不同,槟榔种子根芽效果也不同。高浓度石灰水溶液抑制槟榔种子的根芽健康生长。处理①20%浓度时,发芽率效果最差,处理②15%浓度时,发芽率效果最好,发芽率达100%,比处理①20%浓度的发芽率提高了6.2%。3) 与清水相比,处理②15%浓度的根芽生长最好,处理③10%浓度跟处理④清水的根芽效果差异不大,其发芽率显著高于处理①20%浓度,发芽率提高了3.1%。【结论】浓度15%石灰水溶液的槟榔种子发芽率较高,发芽势增强,是处理槟榔种子的适宜浓度。
Abstract:
[Objective] In order to improve the germination rate of betel nut seeds, the effect of different concentrations of lime solution on the root buds of betel nut seeds was studied, and a scientific theoretical basis was provided for the healthy growth of betel nut seeds during germination. [Method] Experimental design of four different treatment is, ① 20% lime water solution; ② 15% lime water solution; ③ 10% lime water solution; ④ Shimizu. The seeds were soaked for 14 h, and the effects of different treatments on the root bud elongation, germination rate and germination vigor of betel nut seeds were analyzed. [Result] 1) A suitable concentration of lime aqueous solution can increase the root bud elongation speed and germination rate of betel nut seeds, and enhance the germina-tion potential. 2) Different concentrations have different effects on the root buds of betel nut seeds. High-concentration lime aqueous solution inhibits healthy growth of root buds of betel nut seeds. Treatment ① 20% concentration has the worst effect, treatment ② 15% concentration has the best effect, and the germination rate reaches 100%, which is 6.2% higher than treatment ① 20% concentration. 3) Compared with clean water, the root shoot growth of treatment ② 15% concentration is the best, treatment ③ 10% concentration root treatment, ④ the root shoot effect of clean water has little difference, and its germination rate is significantly higher than treatment ① 20% concentration, an increase of 3.1%. [Conclusion] The betel nut seed with 15% lime water solution has a higher germination rate and has enhanced germination potential, which is a suitable concentration for betel nut seeds.
