少数民族大学生职业价值观量表的初步编制
Preliminary Development of Minority College Students’ Occupational Values Attitude Scale
摘要: 目的:编制一个适用于少数民族大学生职业价值观诊断的量表。方法:我们将从发展因素和保健因素编制少数民族大学生职业价值观量表,经调查、分析后得到正式问卷,并对云南省高校400名少数民族大学生进行测试后,对量表进行信度和效度的检验。结果:得到了由发展因素和保健因素组成的少数民族大学生职业价值观量表,总量表的Cronbach α值为0.976,其中发展因素分量表的Cronbach α值为0.984,保健因素分量表的Cronbach α值为0.956。结论:少数民族大学生职业价值观量表的信度、效度都非常理想,可以作为少数民族大学生职业价值观的一个有力诊断评定工具。
Abstract:
Objective: To develop a scale for the diagnosis of minority college students’ occupational values. Methods: From the developmental factor and hygiene factor, we will develop an occupational values scale of the minority college students. After investigation and analysis, a questionnaire was made to test 400 minority students from some colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. Its reliability and validity was tested, and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out. Results: We obtain the occupational values scale of minority college students, which consists of two factors: developmental factor and hygiene factor. The Cronbach α of the total scale is 0.976, the Cronbach α of the subscale of developmental factor is 0.984 and the Cronbach α of the subscale of hygiene factor is 0.956. Con-clusion: The reliability and validity of the scale are very nice as an effective tool to test minority col-lege students’ occupational values.
