温和灸辅助治疗小儿遗尿症临床研究

Clinical Study on Mild Moxibustion Adjuvant Treatment of Infantile Enuresis

摘要: 目的：观察使用温和灸辅助治疗儿童夜间遗尿症的疗效。方法：选择2018年12月至2020年12月在我院遗尿门诊确诊的原发性遗尿症患儿70例，随机分为对照组和联合治疗组各35例。对照组给予醋酸去氨加压素片口服，疗程6个月。联合治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，联合温和灸，每次3个穴位，每穴每次10 min，每日1次，1个疗程10 d，总疗程6个月。治疗结束后3个月随访，对中医证候主要症状及次要症状进行观察。结果：联合治疗组总有效率为80.00% (28/35)，显著高于对照组62.50% (20/35)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。联合治疗组有效率，治愈率，均明显高于对照，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；在3个月随访联合治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后两组中医的主要、次要症状分数都有降低，联合组总分数显著小于对照组(P < 0.01)。结论：联合温和灸辅助治疗儿童夜遗尿症效果显著。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the efficacy of mild moxibustion combined with Minirin and Minirin alone in the treatment of children’s nocturnal enuresis. Methods: 70 children with primary nocturnal enuresis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and combined treatment group, all of which were 35 cases. The treatment lasted for 6 months. After the treatment, a 3-month follow-up was conducted to observe and monitor the main symptoms of TCM syndromes and the secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes. Results: The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 80%, and the cure rate was 51.43%, both significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). In the 3-month follow-up after treatment, the recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in both groups were decreased, and the total score in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Mild moxibustion combined with Minirin is more effective than Minirin alone in treating children’s nocturnal enuresis.
