摘要: 近年来，肾移植后的二次手术报道多集中于二次肾移植或妊娠，但是跨学科的二次手术十分少见。实际上，随着肾移植手术的成熟及生存期延长，肾移植后的患者进行跨学科手术的病例越来越多，但只见于少数外科的散在报道，妇科鲜有报道。通过肾移植后的较大子宫肌瘤剔除术的真实临床案例，术前术中术后的讨论及随访，为今后的类似病例提供了手术经验和预后指导。
Abstract: In recent years, reports of secondary operations after kidney transplantation have mostly focused on secondary kidney transplantation or pregnancy, but interdisciplinary secondary operations are very rare. In fact, with the maturity of kidney transplantation and the prolonged survival time, more and more cases of interdisciplinary surgery are performed by patients after kidney transplantation, but it is only seen in a few scattered reports in surgery and rarely in gynecology. Through the real clinical cases of large uterine myomectomy after kidney transplantation, the discussion and follow-up before and after the operation, the surgical experience and prognostic guidance for similar cases in the future are provided.
