腹腔镜联合C型臂肝部分切除治疗肝内异物一例

A Case of Intrahepatic Foreign Body Treated by Laparoscopy Combined with C-Type Arm Liver Partial Resection

摘要: 目的：探讨肝内异物取出时机、手术方法及策略。方法：回顾性分析2021年5月单县中心医院肝胆外科收治的1例肝内异物患者的临床表现、实验室检查及影像学资料、治疗经过及转归，并结合相关文献复习展开讨论。结果：患者，31岁，女性，反复右上腹疼痛3月为主诉入院，结合既往病史、影像学检查，肝内异物诊断成立，给予行腹腔镜肝脏部分切除联合C型臂成像，彻底取出异物。结论：腹腔镜联合C型臂在困难肝脏异物取出中，能够使手术更加安全，高效，值得临床应用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the timing, surgical methods and strategies of intrahepatic foreign body removal. Methods: A case of intrahepatic foreign body admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, Central Hospital of Shan County in May 2021 was retrospectively analyzed, including clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging data, treatment course and outcome, and discussed in combination with relevant literature review. Results: The patient, a 31-year-old female; the main clinical manifestations were repeated right upper abdominal pain for 3 months. Combined with previous medical history and imaging examination, the diagnosis of intrahepatic foreign body was confirmed. Laparoscopic partial liver resection combined with C-arm imaging was performed to completely remove the foreign body. Conclusion: Laparoscopy combined with C-arm in difficult liver foreign body removal can make the operation more safe and efficient, worthy of clinical application.
