合理配置护理人员联合动态岗位管理模式在提升儿科优质护理服务中的效果观察
Effect Observation of Reasonable Allocation of Nursing Staff Combined with Dynamic Post Man-agement Mode in Improving Pediatric High Quality Nursing Service

目的:观察儿科优质护理中合理人员配置与动态岗位管理联合应用的效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年4月儿科护理人员40名,按照管理时期分组,2020年1月~6月合理配置人员优质护理,资料归为A组;2020年10月~2021年4月在A组基础上实施动态岗位管理,资料设为B组。回顾分析两个时期资料,比较护理质量、护理压力评价和家属满意度。结果:护理质量比较,A组[(99.57 ± 0.39)分]高于B组[(82.07 ± 2.26)分] (P < 0.05);护理压力比较,A组[(4.17 ± 1.22)分]轻于B组[(8.71 ± 0.21)分] (P < 0.05);满意度比较,A组[95.00% (95/100)]优于B组[78.00% (78/100)] (P < 0.05)。结论:动态岗位管理实施后儿科护理质量提升,家长满意度更高,护理人员工作压力缓解,增强了优质护理和人员合理配置的应用效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To
observe the effect of combined application of reasonable staffing and dynamic
post management in pediatric high-quality nursing. Methods: 40 pediatric
nursing staff from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into
two groups according to the management period. From January 2020 to June 2020,
reasonable allocation of high-quality nursing staff was made; from October 2020
to April 2021, dynamic post management will be implemented on the basis of
group A, and the data will be set as group B. The data of the two periods were
retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing quality, nursing stress evaluation
and family satisfaction were compared. Results: The comparison of nursing
quality in group A [(99.57 ± 0.39) was higher than that in group B [(82.07 ± 2.26)
points] (P < 0.05); the nursing pressure of group A was [(4.17 ± 1.22) in group B [(8.71 ± 0.21) points] (P < 0.05); the satisfaction of group A [95.00%( 95/100)] was better than that of group B [78.00% (78/100)] (P < 0.05). Conclusion: After the implementation of dynamic post management, the quality of pediatric nursing is improved, the satisfaction of parents is higher, the work pressure of nursing staff is relieved, and the application effect of high-quality nursing and reasonable staffing is enhanced.
