湛江钢铁350吨转炉环缝底吹控制浅析
The Analysis of Measures of Annular Gap Bottom Blowing for 350 Tons of Converter
摘要: 为解决高强度吹炼与长寿命有效复吹的矛盾,实现高效脱磷和低氧化性渣控制,本文介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁炼钢厂350吨转炉环缝底吹控制措施,将转炉平均碳氧积降低至0.0020%以下。
Abstract: In order to solve the contradiction between high-intensity smelting and Long life combined with blowing effects, and to achieve high-efficiency dephosphorization and low-oxidizing slag control, this article introduces the control measures of annular gap bottom blowing for 350 tons of Converter of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The average carbon-oxygen equilibrium of the Converter has been controlled under 0.0020%.
