“引企入教”的探索与实践——以《机车车辆系统动力学与仿真》为例
Exploration and Practice of “Introducing Enterprises into Education”—Taking Locomotive & Rolling Stock System Dynamics and Simulation as an Example
摘要: 针对长三角轨道交通人才需求旺盛与新办应用型轨道交通院校在人才培养师资、实践平台不足之间的矛盾,本文以《机车车辆系统动力学与仿真》实施“引企入教”为例,结合行业需求及学生就业需求,探索引入铁路企业技术专家进入课内实验课堂,以案例教学的方式指导学生检测、监测与评价,探讨如何有效对接企业人才需求,为校企协同育人与产教融合提供参考样例。
Abstract:
In order to alleviate the contradiction between the strong demand for rail transportation talents in the Yangtze River Delta and the lack of training teachers and practice platform of newly estab-lished application-oriented universities and colleges in rail transit, this paper takes the imple-mentation of “introducing enterprises into education” in “Locomotive & Rolling stock system dy-namics and simulation”, and explores how to introduce technical experts of enterprises into the in-class experimental classroom while considering the demand of the industry and students’ em-ployment. Some topical cases teaching about rail vehicle detection, monitoring and evaluation are used to guide students, explore how to effectively meet the talent needs of enterprises, and provide reference examples for the school collaborative education with enterprise and the integration of industry and university.
