以济南市为例浅析山东省人才政策现状

摘要: 山东省近年来出台了一系列吸引高层次人才的政策，省内人才外流的态势有所缓解。本文以济南为例，与江苏省省会南京对比，从人才驿站建设、青年大学生创业、落户等方面对两地人才政策进行对比分析，指出济南的不足之处，并提出了合理化建议。
Abstract: In recent years, Shandong Province has introduced a series of policies to attract high-level talents, and the brain drain of the province has eased. Taking Jinan as an example, compared with Nanjing, the provincial capital of Jiangsu Province, this paper compared and analyzed the talent policies of the two cities multiple aspects including the construction of talent post station, and young college students’ start business and settlement. Based on the comparison and analysis, this paper points out the shortcomings of Jinan and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
