基于招聘数据的北京市语言服务行业调查分析与建议
Analysis and Suggestions of Language Service Industry in Beijing Based on Recruitment Data
摘要: 本文从人才需求侧出发，调查北京市语言服务行业现状，通过对抓取到的语言服务岗位招聘数据统计分析，利用可视化手段呈现北京市语言服务需求方基本情况和人才需求并讨论其特征，以期为北京市语言服务行业向好发展提供参考。
Abstract: From the talent demand side, this paper investigates language service industry in Beijing through the statistical analysis of recruitment data related to language service, which visualizes basic information and talent demand with respect to language service demander in Beijing. Based on the data analysis, this paper discusses its characteristics that lay the foundation for a reference for the prospering development of Beijing language service in the future.
