来华留学生趋同化管理的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Convergence Management of International Students

摘要: 来华留学生教育是我国高等教育的一项非常有意义的工作。留学生趋同化管理是当今世界上最常用的一种留学生培养模式，也是提高我国留学生教学水平的重要手段。本文对来华留学生趋同化管理内涵进行简要阐释，分析留学生趋同化管理模式的现状与挑战，提出留学生趋同化管理的实施策略，为我国高校留学生趋同化管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: The education of international students is an important part of China’s higher education. Convergence management of international students is the main mode of international students training model in the world, and also a basic measure to improve the teaching quality of international students. This paper briefly explains the connotation of the convergence management of international students, analyzes the status quo and challenges of the convergence management model of international students, and puts forward the implementation strategies of the convergence management of international students, so as to provide reference for the convergence management of international students in Chinese universities.
