如何有效提高管制员特情处置能力
How to Effectively Improve the Controller’s Special Handling Ability

摘要: 提高管制员特情处置能力是飞行安全的重要保证。由于受到航空器性能、客观因素影响及人为因素的制约，航空器可能会遇到特情。本文分析了管制员特情处置能力现状，针对其能力不足之处，分别从管制员心理训练、特情处置训练以及经验积累等方面提出了建议。
Abstract: It is an important guarantee for flight safety to improve the special handling ability of controllers. Due to the influence of aircraft performance, objective factors and human factors, aircraft may encounter special circumstances. This article analyzes the present situation of controllers’ special handling ability. According to the aspects of controllers’ psychological training, special handling training and experience accumulation, this article puts forward some suggestions.
