Uterine Lipoleiomyoma: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

摘要: 子宫脂肪肌瘤是一种罕见的良性肿瘤，属于子宫平滑肌瘤的范畴。经组织学检查，普通平滑肌瘤主要由子宫的平滑肌细胞组成，而脂肪肌瘤由不同比例的成熟脂肪细胞和平滑肌细胞组成。本文讨论一个55岁围绝经期妇女，最初诊断为宫腔占位，然而，组织病理学诊断显示其罕见的变异——脂肪肌瘤。根据该病例，进行了相关文献回顾。
Abstract: Lipoleiomyoma is an uncommon neoplasm of the uterus that belongs to the category of uterine leiomyoma. Histologically, the common leiomyoma is mainly composed of smooth muscle cells of the uterus, while the fat leiomyoma is composed of different proportions of mature adipocytes and smooth muscle cells. This article discusses a 55-year-old perimenopausal woman who was initially diagnosed with a space-occupying lesion in the uterine cavity, however, histopathological diagnosis showed its rare variant, lipomyoma. Based on this case, a review of the relevant literature was per-formed.
