基于CiteSpace的呼吸训练干预焦虑抑郁情绪研究的可视化分析

摘要: 目的:分析我国近10年在焦虑抑郁情绪干预领域的呼吸训练研究,探讨发展趋势和前沿热点,提供以可视化为基础的研究参考。方法:以中国知网数据库(CNKI) 2012年~2022年该领域内相关文献为研究对象,采用CiteSpace5.8 R3可视化软件分析发文量、作者、机构、关键词。结果:呼吸训练领域的发文量总体较小,且呈波动上升趋势;研究作者和机构均显示合作力量不足;关键词分析显示,研究主要对象为临床患者,研究热点为腹式呼吸法、睡眠质量、抑郁、生活质量等;关键词突现分析显示,近十年呼吸训练领域前沿趋势为疼痛、脑卒中等方向。讨论:呼吸训练相关研究稳步发展;我国学者应该推动建立核心作者群,加强机构间合作,掌握研究热点及前沿趋势,开展更多中国本土化呼吸训练干预方法。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research of Respiratory Rehabilitation Training in the field of anxiety and depression intervention in China in the past 10 years, to explore the development trend and 的frontier hotspots, and to provide reference for the research of breathing training in this field. Methods: Taking CNKI database from 2012 to 2022 as the research object, CiteSpace5.8 R3 visualization software was used to analyze the number of published papers, authors, institutions and keywords. Results: The number of published papers in the field of breathing training was generally small, and showed a fluctuating upward trend; both the authors and institutions of the study showed insufficient cooperation; keyword analysis showed that the main subjects of the study were clinical patients, and the research hotspots were abdominal breathing, sleep quality, depression, quality of life, etc.; keyword emergent analysis shows that the frontier trends in the field of breathing training in the past ten years are pain, stroke and other directions. Conclusion: Research related to breathing training is developing steadily; Chinese scholars should promote the establishment of a core author group, strengthen inter-institutional cooperation, grasp research hotspots and cutting-edge trends, and develop more localized breathing training intervention methods in China.
