农村休闲养老服务的市场化研究

摘要: 我国人口老龄化日益严重，在养老服务问题持续严峻的时代背景下，农村休闲养老服务模式作为一种新的养老模型，可以满足城市老年人对于田园生活的向往，满足老年人的养老需求，同时对农村地区的经济发展具有极大的推动作用。但是目前农村休闲养老服务服务质量不高，休闲养老服务市场还处于初级发展阶段。为了满足城市老年人个性化的农村休闲养老需求，应该对农村休闲养老服务市场的需求和供给进行分析，发现市场化发展存在的问题，探索出农村休闲养老服务的市场化发展路径。

Abstract: The aging of China’s population is becoming more and more serious, and the problem of pension services continues to be severe. As a new pension model, the rural leisure pension service model can meet the urban elderly’s yearning for pastoral life, meet the elderly’s pension needs, and play a great role in promoting the economic development of rural areas. However, the quality of rural leisure pension service is not high, and the leisure pension service market is still in the primary stage of development. In order to meet the personalized rural leisure pension needs of the urban elderly, we should analyze the demand and supply of the rural leisure pension service market, find out the problems existing in the market-oriented development, and explore the market- oriented development path of the rural leisure pension service.
