胃癌前病变中西医研究进展

摘要: 目的：胃癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，我国更是胃癌高发国家，因此早期发现、早期防治胃癌前病变显得尤为重要；胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生属于胃癌前状态，胃上皮内瘤变属于胃癌前病变，均有发生胃癌的风险。方法：目前祖国医学和现代医学的相关研究越来越多，对其已有一定的认识，并在临床上取得了一些效果，但尚不全面，很多观点也未能达成一致。笔者检索近年对胃癌前病变的研究文献，并对此作一综述。
Abstract: Objective: Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and China is a country with a high incidence of gastric cancer. The early detection and prevention of precancerous lesions are particularly important for gastric cancer. The precancerous state includes atrophy of the gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia, and precancerous lesions include intraepithelial neo-plasia (dysplasia), and both have a risk of developing gastric cancer. Methods: Currently, there is more and more research related to traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, and there is a certain understanding of it, and some clinical results have been achieved. However, it is not com-prehensive yet, and many views have not been reached. We reviewed the literature on precancer-ous lesions of gastric cancer in recent years.
