检验专硕在住院医师规范化培训中教学巡诊模式探讨
Discussion on Round of Visit Mode of Laboratory Professional Master in Standardized Training of Residents
摘要: 目前临床检验诊断学专业硕士研究生本科均为临床医学专业,硕士跨行学习检验专业知识,时间紧任务重,需要不断调整学习方法和总结经验。而且目前专业学位硕士研究生的培养均按照“四证合一”的模式。在培养方案规定的3年内按时完成“四证合一”就要求各个医学检验规范化培训基地不仅要保证硕士研究生的教育水平更要保证检验医师规范化培训的效果。本文通过探讨各个基地不同的教学巡诊模式,力求寻找适合的高效模式,对提高临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生进行检验医师规范化培训的教学质量提供参考。
Abstract: At present, the master degree candidates in clinical laboratory diagnostics are all graduated from the clinical medicine major, and the inter-line learning of laboratory expertise is time-consuming and heavy when studying. It is necessary to continuously adjust the learning methods and summarize the experience. Moreover, the academic plan of professional master’s degree is in accordance with the “four certificates in one” model in 3 years. It requires that each medical laboratory standardization training base not only ensure the education level of master degree candidates but also ensure the effect of standardized training for laboratory physicians. This paper analysis the different teaching modes of each base, and strives to find suitable and efficient models, which provides a reference for improving the teaching quality of standardized training of laboratory physicians for master degree candidates in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
