依恋质量与专业心理求助态度的关系：心理求助污名的中介作用
The Relationship between Attachment Quality and Professional Psychological Help-Seeking Attitude: The Mediating Role of Psychological Help-Seeking Stigma
摘要: 目的：探究心理求助污名在依恋质量与专业心理求助态度间所起的作用。方法：采用亲密关系经历量表、寻求专业心理帮助的污名量表、寻求专业心理帮助态度量表，通过线上线下相结合的方式回收问卷305份进行探究。结果：1) 依恋质量与专业心理求助态度间正相关(r = 0.32, p < 0.01)，心理求助污名与专业心理求助态度间负相关(r = −0.55, p < 0.01)，心理求助污名与依恋质量之间负相关(r = −0.38, p < 0.01)；2) 心理求助污名在依恋质量与专业心理求助态度间起部分中介作用。结论：依恋质量可以直接或间接通过影响心理求助污名来正向预测个体的专业心理求助态度。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the role of psychological help stigma in the relationship between attachment quality and professional psychological help seeking attitude. Methods: Using the Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory, the Questionnaire of Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help, and the Questionnaire of Attitudes toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help, 305 questionnaires were collected through a combination of online and offline methods to explore. Results: 1) There was a positive correlation between attachment quality and professional psychological help seeking attitude (r = 0.32, p < 0.01), a negative correlation between psychological help seeking stigma and professional psychological help seeking attitude (r = −0.55, p < 0.01), and a negative correlation between psychological help seeking stigma and attachment quality (r = −0.38, p < 0.01); 2) Psychological help seeking stigma plays a partial mediating role between attachment quality and professional psychological help seeking attitude. Conclusion: Attachment quality can directly or indirectly predict an individual’s professional psychological help-seeking attitude by influencing psychological help-seeking stigma.
