The Legislative Establishment of Protection of Reproductive Rights for Single Women under the Background of the “Three-Child” Policy

摘要: 当前老龄化、少子化社会背景下，适龄青年生育意愿下降，可以通过对单身女性生育权的保护保障单身女性生育子女的权利，促进社会发展。因当前社会存在广阔需求，对单身女性生育权的界定和厘清非常紧要，并且单身女性生育权实施可以依法治理乱象。当前时代已经发展成为对此有较高需求的环境，我国的法律体系和道德观念可以接纳对单身女性生育权的制度的保障。通过立法、监管的方式构建起对单身女性生育权的保护有利于社会发展。

Abstract: Under the background of aging society and sub-replacement fertility, the childbearing willingness of young people is declining. The protection of single women’s reproductive rights can be adopted to protect single women’s reproductive rights and promote social development. For the huge demand, it is significant to define and clarify the reproductive rights of single women, whose implementation can be controlled chaos occurred by lawless situation. Nowadays, people have prompted the demand for the legislation establishment which can be accepted by our legal system and moral concept. The protection of single women’s reproductive rights through legislation and supervision is conducive to social development.
