家庭对青少年坚毅品质影响的研究综述

摘要: 坚毅(Grit)作为一项积极心理品质对于个体适应社会、实现自我价值有着重要作用。而家庭对于青少年的成长同样重要，且前人研究表明青少年坚毅品质的形成与发展会受到家庭因素的影响。文章通过梳理相关文献，从家庭因素中代际传递、父母教养方式、父母冲突、亲子依恋、家庭其他基本环境五个方面，分析其对青少年坚毅品质的影响作用，在此基础上总结家庭教育相关对策与建议，并展望未来研究方向。
Abstract: As a positive psychological quality, grit plays an important role in adapting individuals to society and realizing self-value. Family plays a very important role in the growth of teenagers. Previous studies show that the formation and development of adolescent grit will be affected by family factors. By sorting out the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the influence on the quality of adolescent grit from four aspects: intergenerational transmission, parenting style, parental conflict, parent-child attachment and other basic environments. On this basis, it summarizes the relevant countermeasures and suggestions of family education, and looks forward to the future research direction.
