中职班主任班级管理融入情感教育策略研究

Study on Strategy of Integrating Emotion Education into Class Management of Class Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要: 由于中职教育和学生群体的特殊性，班主任在班级管理工作中常常碰壁。为了提升中职班主任工作的有效性，在进行班级管理时融入情感教育是应有之义。本文分析了班级管理融入情感教育的意义和存在的问题，最后提出相应的解决策略。

Abstract: Because of the particularity of secondary vocational education and student group, homeroom teachers often hit a wall in class management. In order to improve the effectiveness of class teachers in secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to integrate sense education in class management. This paper analyzes the significance and existing problems of integrating class management into emotional education, and finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
