介绍日干子午流注纳甲法的一种实操方法

Introduction of an Operational Method Using Heavenly Stems-Midnight-Noon Ebb Flow Acupuncture Therapy

摘要: 本文依据十二经脉虚实病证基础和补虚泻实原则，将《素问•藏气法时论篇》脏腑日干病证方法与《子午流注针经》按十二经脉和络脉浅深使用的补生泻成方法结合运用，阐析一种实用和新的日干子午流注纳甲法的实操方法，并就《素问•藏气法时论篇》病变经脉五行与日干五行间的病情预后可能关系，综合简述了日干子午流注方法治疗时的运用方法。

Abstract: Based on the principles of syndrome differentiation of excess and deficiency of twelve regular meridians and the principles of the supplementation and draining method, this paper integrates and applies the methods from the Su-wen, Zangqi Fashi Lun, for diagnosing Zang-Fu organ disorders based on the day’s Heavenly Stem, as well as the techniques from the Ziwu Liuzhu, which utilizes supplementing and draining methods according to the depth of twelve meridians and collateral vessels. This elucidates a practical and novel operational approach for the application of Heavenly stems-midnight-noon ebb flow acupuncture. In addition, expositing the prognosis relationship between the five phases of the pathological meridians and the heavenly stems mentioned in Su-wen, Zangqi Fashi Lun, to general the application of heavenly stems-midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture.
