基于区块链的刑罚执行信息共享平台的构建
Construction of a Blockchain-Based Penal Enforcement Information Sharing Platform
摘要: 区块链技术的发展正在如火如荼地进行中，本文将该项技术与刑罚执行相结合，首先分析刑罚执行领域存在的问题，在此基础上论述区块链技术融入到刑罚执行领域的必要性与可行性，进而提出区块链刑罚执行信息共享平台构建的具体途径，以期为区块链技术在法学领域的应用提出新思路的同时解决我国刑罚执行领域目前存在的问题。
Abstract:
The development of blockchain technology is in full swing. This article combines this technology with the field of penalty enforcement. First, it analyzes the problems in the field of penalty enforcement. On this basis, it expounds the necessity of blockchain technology to the field of penalty enforcement. With breath, it first put forward the construction of the block chain penalty execution information sharing platform, in order to propose new ideas for the application of block chain technology in the field of law, and at the same time solve the current problems in the field of penalty execution in our country.
